Review suitability and availability
We compare the requirement with potential rental equipment. A machine is only proposed when the application can be assessed; stock and dates remain subject to confirmation.
Agree the hire quotation
The written quotation sets out the equipment, hire period, pricing, payment, delivery, setup, operator guidance, collection, responsibilities and any exclusions.
Prepare the site and machine
Before delivery, confirm access, floor loading, utilities, space, environment, operators and any products or packs needed for setup and validation.
Run the hire and arrange return
Use the machine within the agreed terms, follow operating guidance, report problems promptly and prepare the equipment for the agreed collection or return.

Practical questions before you hire
Do you publish fixed hire prices?
No. Pricing depends on the machine, hire duration, application, preparation, delivery, setup, collection and any additional services. A written quotation follows the technical review.
Can I reserve a machine before all details are known?
Dates and equipment cannot be treated as confirmed until the application, availability and commercial terms have been agreed in writing.
What happens if my dates change?
Contact us as early as possible. Any change is subject to machine commitments, transport arrangements and the agreed hire terms.
Will operators receive guidance?
The level of setup and operator guidance varies by equipment and will be defined in the quotation. Your site remains responsible for providing suitable, authorised operators.
